By accessing and using Cyberpath's services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services

Cyberpath provides automotive diagnostic, repair, and recovery services at our facility in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. All services are rendered on an as-needed basis and subject to availability.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon service completion unless a written agreement states otherwise. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on Cyberpath platforms are owned by Cyberpath and protected under Malaysian copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Data & Privacy

We collect personal data (name, contact, vehicle details) solely for service delivery and communication. Your data is handled in compliance with Malaysian data protection standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cyberpath's total liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use or inability to use services.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 24 hours before scheduled service. Partial refunds apply only if work has not commenced. Completed services are non-refundable unless proven defective.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to Terms

Cyberpath reserves the right to modify these terms. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updated terms.
